"Nice little place with perfect view. No kingsize bed instead A small 2 persons bed wich Made A lot of noise everytime you turn. Little argument about an extra guest (6th person) and wanting to let me pay An extra €150 for that. In the end hè didn’t chargeer anything for it so was greatfull for that. Left the house and to my surprise got A message saying the cleaning lady found A very dirty house. We did not make A mess at all so I think hè needs Another cleaning lady."

"Very beautiful and clean Villa. A perfect pool with sunbeds, parasol and everything. Nice bedrooms and kitchen with all you need. Quiet place but near to shopping center and 15 minutes drive to Denia and beaches. Perfect contact to owner and local manager. Very friendly and always willing to help. We will come back maybe next year. Defintely recommended for families. Thank you for the great time!"

"The villa is very nicely done and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool was a good size and one can swim lengths. Kitchen was well-equipped. It is located in a prestigious neighborhood on a hillside. Walking anywhere means walking up a steep hill on the way back if that is an issue. We would stay here again if we were in the area."

"Fantastic location due to the wonderful views overlooking the new infinity pool. Accommodation was first class and had all amenities including an out door bbq and fridge and a massive tv with many different countries channels and netflix was available. All in all we had a fantastic relaxing holiday at this villa. Pool was just so much fun and was really needed in the August hot weather. We would not hesitate to return. There is no railing around the pool so that the views are not obscured, so...

"An unforgettable stay, the house is very well maintained with quality features. Michelle's service is top-notch, and she's perfectly responsive. When we asked for the pool to be cleaned, it was done straight away. The house is on a hill, so it's very quiet. "

"The property had everything we needed for self catering. The villa was beautiful, located in a peaceful setting, we enjoyed tennis and the amazing gardens just over the road. There were a few issues, for example broken boiler, TV signal and drain blockage but cannot fault the hosts Steven and Michelle. They had a boiler ASAP, gave us a fire stick for the TV and did has much as they could. It was just bad luck. Would definitely come back."

"We enjoyed the stay in the house very much! It is a very beautiful styled house with a fresh cozy feeling! And you will find everything you need and even more! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are modernized and pretty like the rest of the house!And the view from the balcony... Perfect!You will definitely need a car but there is a parking spot right in front of the house and the Urbanizacion 'La Sella' is very calm (now in end of April), chilled and save. "Die schönen Fotos und die Objektbeschreibungen entsprechen eins zu eins der Realität. Das geräumige Ferienhaus wurde in 2023 innen komplett neu ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Der Pool und die Lage am Hügel bieten Tag und Nacht ein schönes Panorama. Ankommen und wohl fühlen ! "
