"I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. Only thing i dislike this time around was that i was charged for coffee pods left in the kitchen without indication i had to pay for them. I suggest they add a note next to the pods so people are aware. Other than that, all was great."

"Overall the facilities are good. My room was silent and well equipped. Location convenient if you need to stay in the southern part of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Two issues: scratches on the room floors and malfunction of the phone. Could never contact the front desk by phone."

Blood appeared on the bed sheets, and staff declined to replace them because it was late, so I slept without sheets. Every service felt overpriced. They would not bring deliveries upstairs even though my wife and I had undergone surgeries. Finally, they double-charged me and blocked my departure unless I paid.
