"Poor maintenance and outdated equipment and furniture."

"I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!"

"Great hotel. Everything was good including the breakfast & Room. We got the 2 level loft room which included a jacuzzi in an outdoor patio. The only complaint I have is the massage I got from the spa. I would NOT recommend. It was like they were just lotioning me, and my wife’s bodies. I asked them to use more force, and they just didn’t know how to. Then they put an auto tip on my card without my authorization."

"The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel location was convenient for food, light shopping, and etc. A couple things though, no face towels only big towels and the WiFi was not steady. Great customer service!"

"Constable bed, dark and quiet room, the staff was very nice and always willing to help."

"Considering the recent earthquake, I can understand the renovation being done on the property, but I did not like the location. Also, there were too many lights on in the room - TV, Air-conditioner, The property is not well kept."
