"I just wanted to thank the nice young lady at reception who, when I rolled in looking disheveled and bone rattled from an overnight train from Bangkok allowed me to check in early. This sort of graciousness combined with a good, clean modern hotel makes customers come back. (I said I would leave a good review and here I am) Great Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast and a comfortable bed and room. My thanks - recommend. "

"We stayed for four nights and were upgraded to a Deluxe room which is 32m2 (same size as classic) on the ground level with pool view and outside seating area. Very comfortable king bed, small sitting area and a large bathroom. Shower is in bath, so may not suit everyone. Pool is very refreshing. There are about 22 sun lounges and we never had a shortage during our 4 nights stay. Very serene views of the river and limestone mountains in the background make it a very relaxing place to cool off after a day out and about. Breakfast is buffet style with egg station. Plenty of options to suit most people with different menu items each day. Fresh juices were great, never had avocado before but it was my favourite. Veth and Yurr (trainee) looked after us with great care and attention. We were never short of freshly brewed coffees, teas or water. Used plates were cleared frequently and quickly. Overall we had a lovely stay and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel. "

"Our first time in Vientiane was made most memorable by the team at Green Park Boutique Hotel. From our arrival to departure everyone went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. All the staff are very friendly and many had very good English which helped us with tips about the local area and answering queries about the Laos culture and cuisine. Special mention to our friend at breakfast, Puna, who was an inspiration in her hard working nature and desire to continue her education while working. Very comfortable room and lovely pool area. By the time you finish a few laps someone from the restaurant will have delivered a complimentary cold water which is a nice touch after a hot day of exploring the city. I would definitely recommend Green Park Boutique Hotel for a good base in Vientiane. It is close to two shopping malls with lots of food options and the central bus station, which we used to catch a local bus to Budha Park - great fun :)"
