"Staff was friendly and helped with tours. Room was clean, bed was comfy and had a great view of the sunset over the mountains from my balcony. Also they shut down the street at night for a night market which is a plus. Also a short walk to the bars. Had a great stay."

"Cute and clean bungalows. We really liked the cafe restaurant next door. The only thing that would have made the homestay experience perfect was to include breakfast and a better sink faucet."

"As we walked into the hotel, I didn’t see anything elegant about it, despite “Elegant” being part of its name. Our room was full of mosquitoes, and one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was functional but far from elegant. The bath towels were old and thin. The check-in process was awkward and slow, with the staff member repeatedly asking questions while checking his phone and computer at least ten times. The elevator is the smallest I’ve ever been in. They do offer free...
