"I cannot wait to come back. The hotel is amazing. Staff was so helpful from the minute you leave the bags with them to bring up yo your room to towels you get for the beach across the street. Someone is there to help give directions, give you a short cut. Restaurants all around. You can get clothes washed two short blocks away. Free water bottles everyday and coffee refill. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We looked forward to getting up and eating rhe breakfast buffet everyday :)"

"This hotel was fantastic. Right in the heart of the old quarter and only a stroll away from everything, we loved it. We were able to get connecting rooms, with a little corridor that we could lock off , so we were all together. Hanoi is a very busy place it can be quiet overwhelming, especially with young children, so to have the comfort and peace of this hotel was needed at the end of a very busy day. The manager Jimmi was very helpful - he even sent on a bag we had left behind - the other staff members were so friendly. They did not push us to book tours with them and were very helpful in suggestions for restaurants etc. The breakfast staff were lovely and the food was great - the kids loved the banana/ chocolate pancakes. Thank you to the staff once again , we really enjoyed the stay at this great little hotel. "

From start to finish of our stay, the staff went above and beyond every single time we needed assistance.. "overall a fantastic stay. rooms were soundproof, though in the morning we could hear some of the incessant horning on the main street. breakfast food were ok with huge variety (e.g. pastries, cheese, korean, western and indian cuisine), and menu changed relatively frequently. however, the dining area had poor ventilation and we always ended up with the food smell on our clothes and hair."
