"The 3BR Villa was nice and spacious but had maintenance issues. The flooring was uneven and creaky, and when we checked in late afternoon/early evening the air conditioning in the master bedroom and main living room were not functional. After maintenance worked on it for an hour the bedroom AC was working but not at full capacity, and the living room AC couldn't be fixed. The bedroom temperature wasn't comfortable until after 11PM. This caused a fair bit of inconvenience and discomfort, we had young children who had trouble sleeping due to the heat. The living room AC wasn't able to be fixed during our stay. Management was responsive, apologetic, and helpful but at the end of the day wasn't able to offer us an agreeable solution to compensate for not providing a villa in full working condition. They offered to change to an equivalent villa after 2 nights, we declined as it meant packing and unpacking for 9 people. After a lot of back and forth the best they could do for us was various resort credits and services with a total face value of about $150CAD. This was a pretty small amount compared to the rate of the villa. Other than that the property was quite pleasant."

"Great place to relax and enjoy the view of the city lights at night very peaceful place. Fantastic experience at Royal Premium Hotel Hanoi. Even before we arrive in Hanoi, I could exchange with Anna who had been a huge help in organizing several day trip around Hanoi for our arriving. She is really a star! Lee Pham, Da, Anna and the other people in the team have been sooo welcoming, always helpful and smiling we did really enjoy our stay with them. The members of the team always remembered our program for which day. They took care of us really well and the ladies at breakfast where absolutely lovely. We would like to thanks a hundred time the whole team for making our stay soo enjoyable! We would definitely recommend your hotel and come back to it if we travel back to Vietnam. "Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue. "

"The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The staff were amazing throughout our stay – always polite, friendly, and willing to help. A special thank you to Nam, the duty manager, who was fantastic in helping resolve a small issue for us. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. When we checked into our room we were greeted with a lovely complimentary tray of fresh fruit and coconut.drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable with daily complimentary water. Breakfast was excellent with a well-organised buffet and plenty of choice for everyone. The pool area can be a little shady and there are limited sunbeds, although this appears to be due to local government regulations rather than the hotel itself. The beach is beautiful and the hotel provides sunbeds for guests, but it’s best to go early as there are only a limited number available. Strategically located near plenty of shops, eateries and a must visit to the night market- about 10 mins walk. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff, cleanliness, and service really made the experience special. Note - if staying in beachfront room be prepared for the nightly music from the Sailing Club across the street - you'll be part of the party."
