"This hotel is somewhere I've stayed before. Usually sound & reliable.
This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site.
I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi.
My task now is to get my money back from...

Rooms are large albeit ageing.

"FRONT DESK STAFF IS NOT NICE AND NO PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. NEED MORE TRAINING, SHOULD HAVE MANAGER TO OVERCOME OR RESOLVE PROBLEMS WHEN GUESTS HAVE ISSUES THAT RECEPTIONIST HAS NO AUTHORITY TO OVERCOME"

"Hotel staff was friendly n location wise ok. But the hotel is quite old n they r renovating the upper floors. Was noisy early in the morning. Room was dusty but bed n bathroom was alright. Not recommended for family with kids. The condition din bother us as we left at 8am n return after 9pm. Price is cheap"
