"Wir haben das Appartement 15. Leider konnten wir nicht einmal eine Kaffee bestellen am Morgen.
Und wir haben gefroren. Wir konnten nicht beide Zimmer benutzen weil viel zu kalt war. Das Hotel hat sehr gut an Energie gespart.
Lage des Hotel ist einmalig. "

"Terrible stay. I am a frequent traveller and have never experienced bad service like this. They tried to get rid of us even though we booked and paid in advance. The bar and restaurant was closed. There where no staff after 20:00. We got up quickly the next morning and left. "
