"I had to switch my room, the first one was SOOOOO disgusting. Smoke alarm was ripped out, smelled like cigarettes .. hand prints on the headboard.... spiders and mold all over the room and the bed had ripped stained pillows and sheets.. staff was super accommodating and immediately moved me to another room, which was much cleaner... however... when i opened the toilet it was clogged and a huge spider was floating in the toilet... also killed a HUGE ROACH! I've stayed at this chains other...

"They left a shampoo, but there was no hairdryer. No one did maid service on a two night stay, so we had to use dirty towels The second day and our garbage cans were not emptied. Their main clientele are workers with big trucks with trailers attached, so they park across multiple parking spots. And we had difficulty parking in front of our unit. The room itself was clean and did have a refrigerator, microwave And a good t v."

"I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk."

"Be sure to ask to see some of the beautiful antique lamps that are on the property. Wonderful surroundings of fields and trees made for a restful, quiet stay. Our breakfast, our first day, led to a conversation from Timothy about dairy farming. We had no idea there was so much involved. We were glad to have found this place that was a comfortable alternative to the name brand hotels in Jamestown."

"Clean and spacious space for a weekend trip in Warren. Really loved walking to Arbor Coffee in the morning. Water did not get very hot in the shower. Be prepared for the steps!"

"Travel to this location was challenging at night. The house itself is very rustic with steep stairs up to the upstairs bedrooms that could be challenging for seniors. The top of the stairs is a safety issue. The cleaning was adequate. The farm abimals nearby were fun to watch."
