"Beautiful property, great staff, Bathrooms are dated but enjoyed the stay."

"Comfortable room but not a great range of breakfast items. Many of us do not eat sugary food for breakfast."

"We really enjoyed the cabin we stayed in and the beautiful views that the property provided. However, we went to go get coffee on the morning of our checkout and we came back to the cleaning staff already in our cabin whenever we still had an hour left to checkout. So we felt like we were being pushed out whenever we were looking forward to coming back to drink our coffee on the back porch for the last hour of our stay. Thankfully, they were nice and did leave when we got back, but it still...

"Ok"

"Really nice hotel room with fireplace, deep soaking bathtub, and robes. The hotel staff helped us find a great place to eat. The location was amazing. Just what we needed!"

"My hubby and I enjoyed our stay at Woodland House at Coolfont--the bed was comfortable and the setting in the woods was a delight. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they dealt with a problem we had right away. Our servers at the restaurant were very nice, and the lunch we had our first day was fresh and delicious. "Hotel was once a grand place - currently needs TLC. Not as clean as you would expect. Restaurant menu & service were not up to Blennerhassett reputation. Not sure I would stay there again."

"Amazing facility"

"Such a great time everything is well."

"Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely excellent. We stayed in the Hawthorn North Suite. Room: I would have enjoyed a firmer mattress. My wife had no complaints, but I had to place a pillow under my legs for back comfort. The soaking tub was quite nice; however, only one person could fit in the tub and there were no built-in water or air jets. Cottage: There was a beautiful, in-tune piano to which we had access. There was also a pool table in the...

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff member at the desk was very helpful. It's always nice when breakfast is included in the price of the room."
