"Helpful staff and clean rooms"

"I cannot put into words how great Outrigger was to stay at for a week with 3 children (7, 7, 9yo). The facilities were great and the staff were amazing, warm, and friendly."

"I just wrapped up an incredible solo trip to Fiji, and my stay at the Radisson Blu was easily the highlight—entirely because of the phenomenal staff. Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the team here made me feel completely welcome and right at home from the absolute moment I arrived. Every single department knocked it out of the park: • The Porters: The second my ride pulled up, I was hit with huge smiles and a massive, warm "Bula!" They grabbed my bags immediately and set...

"My wife and I traveled to Tokoriki Island and stayed 10 nights at the Sheraton Resort for our honeymoon - it was the greatest decision we’ve ever made. The rooms were well kept, cleaned daily, and we loved the showers with the outdoor window. The food quality was excellent, providing us with a variety of international cuisines, including local Fijian and Indian style options. There were plenty of excursion options off shore such as jet ski, kayaking, and traveled by boat to a local school to...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Restaurant had a band till 9 that was pretty loud. Elevator, balconies, on the beach. We were there as a stopover to the airport. Lots of hotels line this beach."

"Extremely disappointing experience — not worth the price This resort may have a good reputation overseas, but our actual experience was completely different. For US$528 for just one night, the standard of accommodation and service was nowhere near what we expected. The room was dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. The sheets and bedding did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and there were ants crawling around the pillows and bed. There were also mosquitoes inside the room, and I...

"The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

"Beautiful property, beautiful people. Highly recommend!"

"Staff was very helpful"

"Super convenient for overnight stays or day-room use, literally down the street from Nadi airport. Free shuttle service provides easy pickup and return from/to the terminal. On site restaurant, bar, and coffee bar. Our only critique would be the location of the so-called quiet pool and hot tub. It's right next to the open-air restaurant. Not sure how that qualifies as a quiet space."

"The resort is situated in a quiet spot in a less commercialised area of Wailoaloa beach which for us was exactly what we wanted. There is a convenient shuttle bus that for a fee will take you into Nadi town or other places of interest for a reasonable charge? The gardens in the property are extremely well kept. We stayed in the new building rather than the wooden beach hats. They were spacious and clean although quite “tired”. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable 10/10 The air...

"The island itself is stunning. We were so impressed with how clean and new the snorkeling gear was. The food was good and all the staff were so friendly. Our room was in the sunset facing building, the view was unbelievable. We would definitely stay here again!"
