"The rooms were super clean and the staff was nice and the pool plus the hot tube were clean and well maintained"

"Everything was very nice, very clean but I do feel charging guests for parking is ridiculous, considering what we are already paying for a room. ( expensive rooms) you could at least offering free parking because it’s not like you assigned me a reserved spot or anything"

"We loved our room, which was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy working at the resort. We thought that food and beverage options were fairly priced. We would definitely choose to stay here again. I agree with some other reviews that the pools are rather small, when compared to resorts with featured water parks, but they weren’t busy and it wasn’t the draw for us."

"Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay"

"Room was clean, balcony view was amazing, the heat and air worked perfectly, the staff super friendly and helpful"

"Staff and amenities are always the highlight of staying. A favorite of ours whether it’s for an overnight or weekend away. Truly unique"

"Room was never cleaned and I complained each day and each day they apologized but nothing happened"

"It’s a relaxing, comfortable place to stay."

"Awesome room - very clean and quiet. Appreciated the nightly happy hour and delicious breakfast! Will definitely stay again."

Upon check in was told they didn’t acknowledge bfast inclusion “for 3rd party bookers”. Parking is a cluster. They charged an additional $38 daily. The private parking garage was not safe and often the handicapped spots were taken by employees of “parking svcs”, Upon check in, I went to park over 1000 steps away, my purse was attempted to be taken by a lurker...

"The hotel was pleasant nothing spectacular. We didn't get maid service which was a bummer. Apparently I had to fill out a card if I wanted to get maid service. Never in my life of all the hotels I've stayed in I had to fill out a maid card request. We stayed 3 nights and didn't get any made service.I have two toddlers in the room and it was a hot mess.. I asked the front desk the next day , why our room wasn't clean and he told me , I had to fill out a card. Lol so you can see how that...
