They need to make their room descriptions very clear on the hotels.com website. I paid a little higher amount for an executive room but stayed in a room that was considered a standard room by the previous and original owners. When I told the front desk team member that I paid for an upgrade he was not very accommodating. However, the room was freshly remodeled and very clean. I really value cleanliness in hotels so we did not change hotels."

"Room was clean No complaints there We left around 4 am so it was understandable that employees were tired but one woman was sleeping behind the counter and another was leaned back in lobby chair half asleep. No goodbyes, no thank you , no greetings, just snoring. Not a great look. Nighttime guy that checked us in was very gregarious. "
