"Historical and beautiful jewel in the heart of Merida. Parks, restaurants and places to shop all around. The pool is a nice necessary touch to refresh after being out in the heat. It has all you need to enjoy a quiet time and relax after being out on tours. "

"Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious. Pool si very small. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel at ground level so expect some traffic noise, if you are a light sleeper maybe you better look for a different option, for us it was not an issue and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. Can’t wait to visit them again. Thanks."

"Great stay!!! Loved this hotel, convenient and close to downtown Merida. Only problem, A/C unit in the 1st floor don’t work. First night say was pretty miserable considering the over 100F’s weather conditions. 2nd night, management moved us to 4th floor which work out perfectly. "

"I did not like anything. the tv and ac was broken. After paying for taxi to go to eat and return we were told you could get a refund and go as the AC was still not fix even after 4 hours. Why did they not do so from tgw first instance. Very disappointing service"
