"Overall, great location, large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The AC worked great. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The only issue was the TV wasn't working properly and they never fixed during our stay (3 nights/2 days). We would definitely stay here in our next visit to Valladolid."

"The room had all the amenities. I especially appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and water kettle - as a solo traveler, this makes things easier for me. The staff is truly wonderful! "Actually the property was in renovation and they took us to their parent company, hotel Mayaland; which was a huge upgrade as Mayaland is one of the oldest 1st class hotels on the area. It was great and the property and service was amazing. I would recommen Mayaland instead and we were lucky to be there paying a considerable lower rate 😁"
