"The girl at the check-in desk was absolutely charming. She was so accommodating. She accompanied us to check that the rooms were to our liking. The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to use the futon, but that was our issue. A few bugs on the floor which is to be expected in Mexico. Darling location and they shut the gate at night which made us feel very secure. Loved this experience!"

"The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was great. The water was tepid in one of our rooms, but great in the other. The kitchen is not open every morning, but coffee is always available, as are muffins and bread. We would love to return!"

"I loved Xuux Peek. When I go back to México i will stay here again. Google did mislead us on getting there, so if it directs you to a tiny over grown road, don't go that way. As you are heading east on 180D, right before the over pass there is a dirt road that runs along side the 180D, take that road and it leads directly to the hotel. I wish the cenotes were more full. The pool was great, the staff is great, the rooms are great. For food be prepared to bring some, or you you can drive to Valladolid which is a short drive away."

"It is a very comfortable and convenient hotel. The staff is very friendly. I like it a lot the yard has many beautiful plants and trees. But there are many mosquitoes in the dining area."
