Large clean swimming poole was nice, overall a great hotel.

The location is not near the train station or high-speed railway station, but you can take a bus or taxi to the hotel. The problem is that soundproof was not good, so you would hear the noise from outside.

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !

This hotel has the most beautiful view of Sun Moon Lake. In the morning the reflection of the surrounding mountain range peaking thru the mist is breath-taking. The facility is outstanding, as is the staff. The atmosphere is laid back and soothing, the spa is fabulous, & the pool picture perfect. The hotel is fabulous for adults, although ok for families, not sure there is much to recommend for children.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to arrange an earlier breakfast time to accommodate our schedule, and they helped make restaurant reservations for us. Overall, they went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were small but beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The lounge on the top floor was also nice as there were snacks, drinks, beer, and ice cream in the evenings. The hotel is located in a quieter section...

huge, old-school, noisy, package-tour oriented hotel. felt like a throw back to a bye-gone age. Average food served in shifts. (However, nice Balinese restaurant trainees made us feel welcome).

The natural lighting and bathtub were the best parts visually about this property. The room was a bit outdated, but I think the large windows and natural light made up for it (plus our kids thought the decorations were fun). The room was very spacious, and had multiple beds to fit our family of six. The beds were also comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating to help me find a different pillow for my sensitive neck. The property itself did not have a pool, but there is a public pool next...

Amazingly helpful hosts (who live on the property grounds btw which is why there is no front office). Beautiful property with very hot solar hot water (that the host installs himself). And if you need anything just ask
