"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...

"Loved the decor & views. Staff in dining area were very attentive & efficient. Reception staff pleasant but missed telling us about a few of the amenities & how to access them. "The atmosphere is familiar. We have met someone from the accommodation only when we got there to check in and during breakfast. There’s no reception once it’s as accommodation. It was said if we arrived late we should call the hotel because the main door might be closed. The land number (website and hotels.com) was wrong. I tried to talk to them about my reservation before getting there but they didn’t reply to the emails or calls. "

"We are on a national park tour of Croatia and this was a nice spot to stay overnight. The location is great, with an amazing view, the people were very nice and helpful. The bed was fine, but we could have used more pillows (they give 1 pilllow) and a top sheet that was made for someone 6’4 (I could either have the sheet cover my feet and expose my chest, or cover my chest and expose my feet). "A giant thank you to Ana and her brother for the hospitality you have shown my wife and I ❤️ The place itself is super located, close to restaurants, beaches and everything you might need in Novalja! Rooms are clean and the bed was super comfortable 😁 Any question or need we had was answered and taken care of with a smile! It says alot! Price? "Beautiful and clean apartment with balcony views of Angie's beautiful garden. Angie, the owner, is very relaxed yet always happy to help. The kitchen has every appliance you'd ever need, along with other homey touches like a washing machine, fridge/freezer, lots of storage space and many cleaning products. It's a short walk to a huge amount of resturantes, bars, beaches and Zadar old town. BEAUTIFUL"
