Likevel passet ikke utformingen av badet helt for meg, verken under det første eller det andre oppholdet. "Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Use of thermal areas was ok but property needs upgrades and renovations some out side showers not working , maintenance on some of the thermal pools needed For the price you pay in euros some property amenities do need maintenance upkeep Thank you "
