About this property

Large family home with private pool

  • Our family stone house of 250 m2 is ideally located in the village of Dévillac near the Bastides of Villeréal (5km), Monflanquin and Monpazier (10 km) classified "Most beautiful villages of France" on the borders of the purple and black Périgord and Quercy .

    The very comfortable cottage has inside
    From an entrance hall onto a large modern fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven ..., direct access to the covered terrace.
    A living room with fireplace-stove (wood available), TV, Internet, DVD player ...
    A dining room with a very large monastery table for up to 15 guests, a piano,
    A laundry room with washing machine, a bathroom with Wc and separate WC.

    Upstairs, 4 bedrooms for 10 beds (2 140 beds, 1 160 bed, 2 90 beds and two 80 beds). They are all equipped with wardrobe or wardrobe.
    1 library lounge on the mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and shower and an independent toilet.
    Bed linen and house provided (beds made on arrival)
    Towels, table and beach towels not provided.
