"We stayed the Alienor gite, just outside the lovely village of Lanquais near the Dordogne river. Our host Ann is really excellent host. The house is excellent - all the comforts of home, plenty of space, great welcome supplies, spotlessly cleane, nice and cool in the really hot recent weather and excellent value for money. "We went on holiday with 4 adults and 3 children ( 12 to 14). The House is situated in the very well kept village of Capdrot and only a 5 minute drive to the lovely old town of Monpezzier ( which is deffinatly worth a visit on thursdays which is Market day). The house is equiped with everything you need including a washing machine which is a must for us ( allows us to travel with slightly less items). The internet was more than adequate for us to all be online at once. The Pool isnt covered but...

"We stayed for a week and hired both gites for our family. It was utterly perfect in every way - we wanted for nothing. We most enjoyed the privacy of the main pool which overlooks luscious countryside bustling with life and the stunning western sunsets in the cool sky. Sonia and Mark are consumate well experienced hosts who always try to accommodate any requests where possible.
