"Clean room and nice and quiet lobby. Location is perfect right in front of post 7. Rooms are somewhat small and walls are a little thin (you can hear bumps and water running occasionally). Staff is very helpful and their English speaking skills are good."

"El hotel esta bien, bonito, frente a la playa en Copacabana, te dan servicio de toallas y sombrillas. Tiene una piscina con vista a la playa. Mi habitación tenía una vista al mar hermosa. Tiene un desayuno muy rico y el personal es muy atento y eficiente. Mi única observación fue la limpieza del baño, en mi cuarto y el de mis hijos estaba algo sucio...la manguera de bidet y habia una bola de pelos detrás de la puerta. Mi toalla tenia mancha mal lavada, la cambie , y me dieron otra con mancha tambien. Habia un ligero olor a desagüe en la entrada de mi cuarto a veces. Y en la calle cerraron la calle para desatorar el desagüe de la ciudad. Creo que es un problema de la ciudad..."

"Our stay at Hotel Arpoador was exceptional from beginning to end. Waking up to the stunning beach views every morning was unforgettable, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better. With direct access to the beach and just a short walk to both Ipanema and Copacabana, it made exploring Rio incredibly easy. The service was outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful birthday surprise the team prepared for me. I had mentioned that I originally wanted to stay here for my birthday back in May, but unfortunately they were fully booked. The staff remembered that and surprised me with a beautiful birthday treat, which was such an unexpected and heartfelt gesture. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines breathtaking views, an unbeatable location, and such personalized hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Arpoador for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!"
