"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time to Bella Vista, and my husband's first time. We really like it. We have two suggestions: the toilet seat in the smaller bathroom needs to be replaced. It is heavy and crashes down, spoiling the bathroom experience. And the kitchen entrance is very handy but a hand rail would be very helpful."

"Unbeatable location. Pacific Ocean in your front yard, and just a short drive to Cape Perpetua for incredible hiking and old growth forests. Also a very short drive into Yachats (walkable for some) to a strong selection of local restaurants. Very well equipped for making breakfast before hiking and happy hours in evening. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Ahhh..."

"Such an amazing house right on the beach. We were also pleased with all the king and queen rooms and the amount of items the house had we didn’t need to bring. We had an awesome stay!"

"This lovely home was spotless and provided for our every need. We were greeted with lights on, soft music and an easy access. The well stocked kitchen provided the tools needed to prepare family meals and included large enclosed recycling bins. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with enough linens and towels for all. This property included a large fenced yard with a nice patio and firepit, perfect for our dog and a nice gathering place for s'more making. The garage has been converted to an amazing game room...ping-pong, darts and foosball! We had an amazing week with kids and grands and loved the location. We are already making plans to return next year!"
