"The location was excellent. Walking trail at the door and boardwalk to restaurants. Staff at check-in very friendly. Shared that it was my birthday and was given a pass for a cruise and was sent a piece of birthday cake later in the evening! Definitely recommend this property."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage in Gravenhurst! The place was immaculate—everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. Every amenity we could possibly need was available, making it feel like a true home away from home.The view was simply breathtaking, and you can tell that a lot of love and care has gone into maintaining and curating this beautiful property. The host was incredibly attentive and communicated clearly and promptly throughout our stay.My family and I had a fantastic time and will definitely be booking again in the future. If you’re on the fence—don’t hesitate, just book it. You won’t regret it!"

"Cleanliness is ok but whatever has said on instructions are not matched. Me and my friend were planning to do BBQ. Though Grill is functioning, it is not desirable to use. Physical condition is already damaged at bottom, which made me unsafe to use. We decided to use pan and gas to cook but pan is scratched a lot and in bad condition which I feel it will have health safety concerns. We also tried to reach out the management but there was no one in charge at the office. We finally decided to eat pizza instead. In sum, the cooking part ruined the plan we had. Other than that, the fire wood was told it can be grabbed at #12 but there has no any wood in the cabin. Unfortunately, I really feel there are a lot of problems for you guys to improve. "

"The place is close to a high traffic road, noisy. The cabin is in a bad condition. The door to the deck didn’t close and can’t be locked. Some of the lights didn’t work. It is close to Gravenhurst. "

"The cottage and grounds are beautiful. There is a large, broad lawn which contains a play structure and leads down to a small sandy beach and the lake, with a fence between them - perfect for the 2-, 4- and 6-year old children in our group. The cottage itself is beautifully laid out with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of seven, a large dining room and comfortable spaces in which to gather. A few minor inconveniences: we would have liked to have had linens and towels provided by the host and some closet and drawer space available to us in the bedrooms and bathrooms."

"Never had a cottage with roof leak (fortunately it didn't rain) and gas leak (I had to put a fan to ventilate the gas smell out of the cottage window) and no other cabins were available. The cabin needs a complete renovation and maintenance...and shouldn't be put in the market. Bad supply of cookware and silverware. water crafts were in bad shape...one canoe actually leaks and I had to race back with my son in the canoe scouping water out at the same time! Not enough paddles, etc...Lucky your caretaker (despite we had to use google translator to communicate), she did a good job trying to accommodating our needs, which made up the bad part of our trip."

"The location of the cottage and the lake made our stay great. The cottage was in disrepair!! Many issues, many broken things. At best the cottage is a two star only because it was tidy and the linens were clean. We will not stay here again. "

"Ahead of my wedding my friends and I gathered for a weekend on a lake. This property was within high end restaurants and had wifi, a nice dock and lots of beds. The cottage is clearly organized. Everything was in order and instructions were available Daphney was prompt in answering all questions and we had no issues all weekend with everything on site. I'd fully recommend this location."
