"The Hotel is fine. The room appears to have been redone over the past few months, just a shame the bathroom wasn’t also updated as it was very aged, definitely needs an update. In the evening a light outside, to illuminate the Hotel sign, & unfortunately this shines into the room, which is very annoying. The breakfast was good, great staff, different cereals and a nice fry up. I think update the bathroom, both pillows are too soft, need a firmer pillow, and switch the light off at night outside and you’re onto a winner."

"Hotel was very clean, but room decor very tired. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not happy about payking and breakfast being an extra, especially as a buffet breakfast. Still decent value for money as excellent location"

"Easy check-in, staff helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Room kept clean, towels changed daily. Part of the hotel being refurbished with scaffolding on the frontage of the building, necessary but did not affect the view of the Esplanade and the estuary very much ."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komplett neu renoviert. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super schnell und hilfreich. Die Beschreibung ist zutreffend und wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt genossen. Man kann von der Unterkunft in die Innenstadt und weiter zum fast endlosen Strand laufen.Die beiden Doppelbetten haben Queensize und beide Zimmer haben ein Bad. In einem Bad ist die Dusche recht schmal, aber trotzdem gut nutzbar. Das andere Bad ist sehr geräumig. Das Haus hat zudem eine Terrasse auf der Rückseite, auf der man abends auch noch Sonne hat. Es liegt direkt an einer Straße, da die Fenster aber gut isolieren, war dies für uns nachts kein Problem."
