"5 stars isn’t enough for the location. The beach was so close and really nice. Our dog loved being able to play on the beach in the mornings and the kids had a great time all time. Trolley pickup into Rehoboth right at the end of the block was also a major plus. The house is tiny, but the porch was lovely and with so much so close by it more than met all our needs."

"Location was perfect...park your car and walk to everything. Our room was in a very quiet part of the property. Never heard anyone above us etc. The room needed a little updating. Sofa was very tired. Wish the rooms had a coffee maker but understand that would be taking away from the on-site coffee shop. Overall was a very enjoyable getaway."
