Great place to stay, went down with 2 kids ages 7 and 10 and it was the perfect spot. Close to the beach, great pool and the staff in the office were fantastic. Able to take the jolly trolly onto Rehoboth for Funland/boardwalk. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Upon arrival, our hotel door was unlocked and would not close completely. I made staff aware of the situation and was told it would be repaired shortly. The door was never fixed properly and would only lock and close completely after putting in excessive effort and force. The room itself was nice and clean so that was a positive.

Excellent location! 2 minute walk to the ocean on one side. 2 minute walk to the bay on the other side. NOTE: this place charges $15 per night for parking. This is a deal. Parking around town is $4 an hour. This hotel is conveniently located so you should be able to walk every place and not be ripped off by paying outrageous parking fees.

Overall, we had a great stay here! Came down to see a concert at the bottle and cork. The staff were super friendly. The property definitely needs some upgrading and cleaning. The room wasn’t the cleanest. There were used contacts left behind on the air conditioner and the floors weren’t vacuumed well. I loved hearing the music from our room Saturday night, which some may not like. You can hear people walking by or next door pretty loudly but that didn’t bother is. The location is great! Right by the beach and conviently located. I look forward to come back down to Dewey Beach in the future and would definitely stay here again if it is for another concert. If I come down for a relaxing getaway, I would stay somewhere else.

The location was very good with access to the beach. The room was clean but worn. There are 3 floors with no elevator so if stairs is a problem you should request ground floor. There is a $15 parking fee that's not included in the price to stay.
