"Parking is horrible in the streets, and the car park itself is small at £15 per day pricey. Walk to beach is why we stay here, staff are all young but very polite. Building was once grand, a little jaded now, but clean and tidy, we have been regulars for s verbal years now."

"We stayed at the Riviera for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel room was immaculate - super clean and well-maintained. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful, with a great selection of cooked items and pastries that the kids and I really enjoyed. We also appreciated the leisure facilities - swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. It was never busy at the pool so the kids and I spent a great deal of time there in the evenings. The staff were a highlight of our stay. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant/bar staff and housekeeping, was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel’s location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and only a 10 minute drive to Poole. We loved our time at the Riviera and are already looking forward to staying here again next time we’re in Bournemouth."
