"The hotel is clean and employees are friendly. We did experience teens banging on our door at 10:45pm twice. We were traveling with our two kids who are under 5 and they were both terrified and did not sleep all night due to them not understanding why someone would come and bang on our doors in a hotel at that time. Never have experienced this before so for that reason I cant give it a 5 star review "

"Hair dryer was broken and no one came to repair it. There was a roach. The black out curtain was stuck so I couldn't adjust it. The gasket seal on the fridge door was faulty. The sink randomly leaked. The person who checked me in was oddly aggressive just because I didn't want to sign a blank receipt. Telling me I don't know how to check into hotels as if I'm not in my late 30s..."
