Very convenient location. Easy on and off. Ivory fork bar was very nice. Tina is an AWESOME and attentive bartender. Made us feel like we were at our local bar. Beds comfortable as always at a double tree and shower wasn't trickling it actually had power. Location is also great for getting around the area as a whole. Would definitely return if in the area again. But you must hit the Park West Diner on your way back out. Definitely worth the extra time.

The room was an extremely clean and a great size for our family. Our kids especially loved the indoor pool! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was responsive to our needs. We will definitely keep them in mind next time we are in the area!

I decided to go with this hotel since there was a lot of seating area since I got married and had family visiting so we can hang out after the dinner. The bartender was extremely rude to my husband while another customer who had no reason to but in the conversation escalated the situation when it could have been handled separately aside from everyone. Bartender didn’t have to be hostile and embarrass my husband in front of our family. The room was okay, but it felt like someone moved things around such as the pillows were in different place as well as the chair. It seemed odd not being in their correct location. The sink was clogged and the water didn’t go down until the next morning. When I checked in , I asked for help that I couldn’t use the app even by registration and signing in. Front desk just gave me the keys instead but I would’ve like further assistance on what to do with the app in case I book another Hilton stay. I went to get coffee and I heard the front desk talking about other guests complaints. They were rating who was the biggest complaint for the day and week. Overall, I was not happy with my stay.
