This is a nice hotel in an area that is walking distance (good solid walk but doable) to many of the sites. The room is decent, staff very very friendly, breakfast is superb. My only issue was the mattress is hard. Maybe that’s normal in Bangladesh, I like a semi soft mattress. I just used Doona as an extra layer. I would recommend staying here

Great location, Simple rooms

+ve: great location, value for money, complimentary breakfast, newly built building (2016) -ve: so-so service, small rooms Overall, this is a good hotel for persons who are willing to explore old parts of Dhaka in a reasonable budget. Service was generally okay, thou not very responsive. I exchanged some US$ into Bangla takka from the hotel. On my last night I asked them the exchange rate if I want to return unspent takkas and have US$ back. The receptionist said that he will tell me in half an hour. I asked after 1 hour and he again promised to tell the rate after asking the manager. He never did. On check-out I was told that the hotel does not change takka into US$ (even for their customers, who have exchanged US$ from hotel). I expected a better customer service.

Just a wonderful hotel overall! Great location, close enough to major attractions in Dhaka, including the train station for onward travel to Khulna (the gateway to Sundarbans National Park). Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous, upon arrival, even allowing me to check-in much earlier than the stated check-in time. Room was clean and was spacious enough for a solo traveller! Room amenities included a working mini fridge, flatscreen tv with satellite (and at least several English speaking channels), working air conditioning, strong wifi signal, an electric kettle, tea, Nescafé 3-in-1, sugar, a 1.5 litre bottle of water and basic toiletries including a dental kit, comb, bar of soap, shampoo and shower gel. Towels were clean and toilet paper was stocked! Beds were comfortable and linens were very clean, almost new! Included breakfast buffet was delicious and appreciated! Location of the hotel was also great in terms of shops, and mini markets. There is a moderate sized super market about 700 metres from the hotel, where I was able to find most everything from fresh fruits and vegetables to bottled water, dried foods and snacks, treats. Staff allowed me to store my bigger backpack there for the day while I was sightseeing in Dhaka, and before my night train to Khulna! Thank you so much! I was also given a complimentary fruit basket upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise!

お湯が出るということで選びました。最初は使い方がわからず、ホテルのフロントの方を呼んで使い方を教わりました。実際よく水圧も強く、沢山のお湯が出て旅の疲れが取れ大満足でした。周辺はローカルな感じですが、オールドダッカから徒歩圏内ですし、徒歩5分のところにBird’s Eyesという展望が望める高級レストランがあり、またホテル内にも朝食会場と同じ場所にて２４時間営業のレストランがあるので困ることはありませんでした。世界一の人口密度のバングラデシュらしく、ホテルには沢山のスタッフがいるので、何かあってもすぐに相談できる環境は非常に心強かったです。おすすめです。

Staffs were helpful and proactive. Everything was so organized that I didn't have to make a call. Breakfast was superb with tons of different options. The only downside is the location. It's too busy and crowded.

The not real picture of hotel's room

The picture of the hotel room given here is not like that in reality. Absolutely bad to see directly. Small rooms and walls or furniture dilapidated.

必要十分なホテルです

空港からは少し遠いですが、清潔感のあるホテルでした。コロナ禍で隔離が必要だったため2週間泊まりましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。強いて言えば大雨の日に窓のサッシから雨漏りがあったことと、日の全く当たらない部屋（509号室）だったことくらいでしょうか。 レストランも併設されていて、多分24時間対応してくれます。食事も辛かったですが美味しかったです。

観光にとてもも便利な場所でした。

アジアの中級ホテルな感じです。オールドダッカにリキシャで行ける距離で、バイトルムカロムから徒歩3～4分の距離。周囲には露店もレストランもたくさんあり、にぎやかな場所ですが、通りから一歩横道に入るので、まったく喧噪はありません。ネットは使用しなかったので速度などはわかりませんが、カードキーにパスワードが貼ってあり、環境は良さそうでした。部屋は清潔で、スタッフも親切、セキュリティーも問題ありませんでした。朝食は種類もそこそこでしたが、ダッカという地を考えれば仕方ないかな。

Amazing quiet room compared with noise on the main street because this hotel is hide away from the main street, this is real bonus in crazy Dhaka. Staff also very polite and welcoming. But airport pick up is late and overpriced

The staff at the hotel went way out of their way to be helpful. The front desk, door staff, drivers, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all wonderful, kind, protective. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
