The best hotel in Gulshan.

This is the best hotel in Gulshan. The staff is amiable. My stay was pleasant, and the staff was caring and friendly. My room was cleaned every day. The breakfast selection was terrific, with lots of options. I will say it again: the staff was really caring, and I 100% recommend this place. It is very close to shops and restaurants.

The property was located by the lake.Everything was nice even the rooms.However the only issue was there were too many mosquitoes.The washroom was connected to outside which would enable the mosquitoes to come inside.They bit me thewhole night

Service was very good as staff are quite good and friendly but the conditions of the room was terrible.No complimentary drink.The first thing they asked to pay first.If they improve the quality of the room then it’s okay.Breakfast same meal everyday no variety.

I am an old customer there, now all the services has become very bad. The rum is dirty, breakfast is real bad. Stuff is good but the management doesn’t care what customers say. I am so surprised that things have gone so wrong. I like area.

Good place for the price

The hotel is located in between Gulshan and banani. It's by the bridge that connects the two neighborhoods, so moving to either is easy. It's an apartment building converted to a hotel, so the layout is very much like an apartment. Pros. Full time standby generator that also covers airconditioning. A big plus when during high summer /power cut season. Reception staff is good. Late check in at the middle of the night went smoothly. (I did book the night before arrival) Housekeeping is restricted. They don't enter the room on their own. You have to leave your keys with the reception, only then they'll come in for housekeeping. Hot water supply was working and adequate for showers any time of day or night. Cons. Restaurant serves local dishes only. The Chinese cuisine is also a local version. Breakfast is light, local dishes only, such parata, eggs, curries. There's a small selection of white bread with butter, jam. The bathrooms and bedrooms are old style but they serve their purpose. Over all, I'll come back to this place if my budget is the same.

Be aware!!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, thousands of mosquitoes in the room. The shower is dirty and rusty. very small and congested room. Couldn't sleep due to mosquitos had to inform staff at 3 am and needed to step out so they can spray room. The staff held us hostage in the room to give them good reviews before our checkout. They are bunch of crooks. Do NOT stay in this hotel! I hope the staff reads my reviews and never force anyone to give reviews!

Staff in the front lobby and restaurant had been excellent. This place needs a lot of renovation especially the front entrance as the tiles in front entrance is broken and looks really tacky. Staff is really welcoming

コスパの良いホテルです。 旅行でも、ビジネスでも使えるホテルです。 立地は、安全なグルシャンにあります。入り口にもガードマンがいるので、安心です。歩いてすぐのところにShawapnoというスーパーマーケットがあり、ちょっとしたものを買うのにも、とても便利です。窓とバルコニーからは湖が見えるので、建物ばかり見ている目を休めることができます。 部屋は、大きすぎず狭すぎず、適当な大きさでした。私の一番嬉しいことは、バスタブがあることでした。お湯もすぐに出るので、助かります。外に出て、埃まみれになった身体がさっぱりしました。 清掃は、お昼過ぎに行ってくれ、使ったものは、補充してくれます。足りないものも伝えれば、持ってきてくれます。また、１日ごとにお水のボトルをサービスしてくれます。 レストランは、ルームサービスと朝ごはんで利用しましたが、他にもカップラーメンが食べたくなって、電話すると沸騰したお湯も持ってきてくれます。頻繁に頼んでいますと、電気ケトルを貸してくれました。朝ごはんは、10時まででゆっくりです。遅くなると、電話で教えてくれます。ビュッフェ形式で、料理は全部カレー味です。頼むと卵料理も作ってくれます。ルームサービスは、バングラデシュ料理ももちろんありますが、中華風の料理も多く 、焼き飯をよく頼みました。 フロントの方々は、困ったことがあれば、すぐ言ってくださいと、いつも気にかけてくれます。遠慮なくお願いすると快適に過ごせると思います。実際に、書類を急にプリントしなくてはいけないときも、ホテルのメールアドレスに送れば、すぐコピーしてくれました。 親切にしてくれたAli Bakir (Manager) & Arif さんありがとうございました。

Bad service and lie to the customer, never back

This hotel is very terrible. I have booked the balcony room for two nights. I have arrival quite late that's why they thought I might not coming. They sold my room to another customer. Then they lie to me they upgrade better room for me. However, it is super terrible. no hot water, still have rubbish didn't clean and left from last customers. The next day, they have changed to another room for me, but still don't have hot water. Lie, lie, lie. Never ever back again. Strongly don't booked this hotel. Lie person.

The short stay was wonderful, especially due to the staff. Their customer service and attitude was 10/10. The room that we stayed in however does need some renovation. It was clean though. Nonetheless, it’s an excellent location, and given the price point, it was good.
