"Overall good. Grounds were gorgeous. Sadly, we weren’t given the gate code before arrival. We weren’t aware we needed one until we got there. Couldn’t find someone to help us until the next day so we were stranded at the hotel. Not enough options to hang clothes, only 3 hooks. Hand held mirror was dirty. A door knob was missing from bathroom door. Hot water was hard to get. The rocks in the parking lot made for a lot of noise of cars in & out. "

"Disastrous experience. Was travelling for work and arriving late Sunday night but booked this location as they advertised no check in limits. I was told I would receive check in instructions in case the front desk was closed (which unless you’re arriving before 5pm on a week day it will be) but nothing arrived. "A lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. We only found out that there was no wifi once we had booked. This also meant that there was no Smart TV as advertised. The listing should state clearly that there is no WIFI. Also the information pack in the cottage gave no instructions regarding the rubbish bins.
