"Desde la llegada en el checking nos sorprendió que hubo cargos extra de mantenimiento y de colocación de toldo en la playa, pagamos sin problema y después de eso llegamos al departamento donde empezó el problema. No servía el aire acondicionado y tuvimos que esperar 4 horas para que vinieran a checar que pasaba, el refrigerador estaba desconcertado, lo conectamos de inmediato confiando en que funcionaba y nada. Después de 6 horas todo caliente y la comida descongelada. Fueron hasta el día...
