Major issues included: * No hot water in the room, requiring a room change * Other guests experiencing the same hot water issue * Ongoing construction and noise disruptions not disclosed in advance * Strong varnish/paint fumes from nearby maintenance work * Management promised to pause the work due to a pregnancy but did not follow through * Requested room arrangements (connecting rooms and ocean view) not provided * Main breakfast restaurant closed without prior notice We raised these concerns multiple times during the stay, but no meaningful resolution or compensation was offered. Overall, the services provided were materially different from what was represented at booking, especially considering the premium price point."

"The property was maintained impeccably. The rooms were lovely and decorated tastefully. The shower pressure was impressive. We had a studio but the size was easily that of an exceptionally large one bedroom. Being able to walk out and get directly into the pool was wonderful. The yoga class every Morning taught by Valerie was a great way to start the day. This property was impressive. If you’re an ocean swimmer you will not be able to get into the water. "Unbelievable stay at Diamanté. High end development and great location. Our casita was spacious and extremely well appointed. Top quality. Pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, golf cart, etc. Too many amenities to brag about. Veronica, our host, was excellent as well. High level of communication and so nice. She met us at the property and even secured tee times at Quivera, a must play golf course right next door. It was unreal. Also, don’t miss the driving range experience at The Dunes. The location was only about 15 minutes from Cabo San Lucas, so easy to leave the property to explore if you like. Or, you can stay and dine at the many restaurants on property. We enjoyed all aspects of Diamanté and will return. Thanks Veronica!!"

"We had a great stay at Golf Villa 46 in Diamante. The house was very spacious for our group of 8. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The resort pool and restaurants were very good. In addition, the resort shuttle system was great and very responsive in the cases we had more people than the golf cart could hold. Special thanks to Fernando for helping us set up airport transportation and a private chef."
