"The rooms were very clean. I asked for a balcony but wasn't expecting steep stairs....I should have checked that (83 yrs). No breakfast. Flapjack Pete's across the street excellent. No beach view or otherwise. A lot further "walk" into town than outlined in the description. Older property...a/c worked great but very noisy and tough to regulate...either too cold or too warm. Kept it cold to sleep. The bed was fantastic."
