The hotel itself is a jewel: spotlessly clean, ideally located, and beautifully set against the Ligurian coast. Having parking and beach chairs included in the rate made everything easier, and the breakfast was simply outstanding — a perfect start to each day. The food throughout our stay was delightful, but what truly elevated the experience was the people. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent, and genuinely personable — and impressively multilingual. It was clear that the entire team takes pride in what they do, and their passion for great hospitality showed in every interaction. Special mention to Mathilde at the Front Desk — an absolute star! Her warmth and professionalism were remarkable. Vivien at the pool was fantastic, always cheerful and attentive. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with a smile, and the restaurant team was managed with heart and precision. We didn’t catch every name, but every team member played a part in making our stay memorable. Thank you for showing us what true hospitality looks like — we will most certainly be back!"

"Fantastic. Clearly this the the most modern and luxurious hotel in San Remo about 50 years ago. since then it has been well maintained, but not really modernised much. The food was fab, the pool great and the pool side bar/restaurant top class. Really top class, but a bit old fashioned - which is fine if you don't want the latest guff. "

"The location is perfect centered & all the Staff were focused on Happy Guests. The Breakfast is The best huge Buffet we've ever had anywhere. Christina at the desk helped us a lot in directions taxis etc but all others did as well. Hats off to the Manager & Excellent Teamwork we'll be back again to see Museum Grock.. Thanks Rob & Terrie "
