10/10 the staff was really nice and helpful with everything the area has two good restaurants walking distance away will be my no1 spot to stay at in this area
The check-in was so easy, I did it from my car via text and got my passcode to the room driving right up. They treated me like a king and the room was clean, warm and exceeded my expectations.
Check in via text was A and the customer service was 2nd to none. The hotel is perfect for a short stay to visit family, or in our case to go to a Texas Tech football game and avoid overpriced hotels. I will definitely stay here again.
Small town lodging that is clean, safe, and reasonably priced. The room was roomy, even with two beds. Everything was clean. Communication was great. If you have a need to stay in the area, this is a great place, not to mention, a great place for the value.
For what it is, an older motel in a tiny town, we were glad it was available. Cafe next door was convenient with good food. Unlit coming in at night and my wife was instantly spooked. But once we settled in, it suited us just fine. It’s not a resort, but a place to pull in for the night and get a decent rest and a hot meal before hitting the road again as we were passing through. Nothing luxurious here. The gentleman that helped us check in by phone and text was friendly and pleasant. Water worked. AC worked. Bed worked. Satellite TV wouldn’t tune in, but we didn’t need to watch TV anyway.
3 beds in room was very convenient, and there was still plenty of space.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Not all that clean
Crumbs in the sheets and roaches on the floor.
Wasn't expecting a 5 star place, but wasn't ideal feeling the need to sleep on a sweatshirt because I wasn't convinced the pillows were clean
Floors and beds was nasty. Cockroaches in the room the room was left cleaner after I left. Check in took forever the AC vents was black I was surprised they even worked
This property is in a very small town out in the middle of nowhere. The motel is very, very old. However, there have been attempts to update some of the rooms. We rented three. One king and two doubles. In the king room and one of the doubles, the carpet was replaced with the gray wood plank laminate flooring and all the walls were sprayed with white paint. Not much consideration went into over spray, since over spray was on door knobs, the heating/ac unit, and other items. The beds were bouncy, but clean. The other double room had the most character. It still had carpet and one wall was painted adobe color. It may be the room pictured on Expedia. To check in you must call a number and then you will be told or texted your room number and door lock code. The person that answered the phone was very nice. Overall, the rooms were clean with very outdated furniture, but it looks like they are trying. If I was in a pinch and needed to stay again I would. But it is not a destination motel. Its just an old motel, in an old West Texas town that works when you just need a place to sleep for the night.
