"We were bird hunting in the UP with my dog. Hosts were very nice, friendly and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable. On first impression it's a bit more civilized than our typical hunting camp. Overall, very nice, comfortable beds and furniture, we slept well after a hard day in the woods. We didn't spend any real daylight time there checking out the lake or anything. Overall, great stay. There's always a few quirks but for us it was great! Thanks"

"This was a great place for our family with adult children to gather to celebrate our youngest daughter’s graduation from NMU. It was clean, had a well-equipped kitchen and was within walking distance of the trail and a few night spots in town and still 15 minutes from Marquette. We would recommend this property!"
