"Bad room smell, unfinished projects like paint and trim in room."

"Booked this hotel due to hot tub advertised. Upon check-in, the hot tub was completely covered up, non running. Discussed with booking company, was told front desk would let us check out in 10 minutes. Front desk allowed us to leave but took days of back and forth for them to release our money! An absolute joke! Would NEVER recommend due to false advertising, dishonest staff. No thanks!"

"The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice. Restaurant and bars closed around 9 while we were there. For the money I would stay elsewhere next time. “Third” bed was ridiculous as a bunk bed. It...
