"My room was dirty when I went into it. They had to call housekeeping to come back and clean it and I had to wait. Booked months in advance, I would think that some kind of check and balance system to make sure rooms are ready would be in place. The place is decently clean and not terrible, but certainly dated. You’re getting exactly what you pay for. "

The room had multiple plastered holes in the wall. The furniture was stained and dirty. Every step and movement from upstairs could be heard in the room."
