"We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, there was a note saying where to find a phone to call reception. This was answered straight away. The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. "Very warm welcome by the Reception staff. We were reallocated a lake view room without asking and were placed on the ground floor as requested. The room was spacious, clean, with a terrace. Bathroom was large and shower was excellent. We ate in the restaurant (pork schnitzel and falafel salad).....both were tasty and filling. The restaurant staff were very friendly. We didn't need to book a table and the service was prompt."
