"I’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu several times for the convenience of accessing the airport, comfortable rooms and delicious food at the restaurant. Everything was great again for this visit. Only hiccup was when I completely forgot to add time to my parking. It has always been free to park at the hotel but they now have a third party system where parking is approximately $25 per day. This is disappointing as it has always been free and a nice feature of the hotel stay. So due to me forgetting about the new system I ended up with an $82 parking ticket greeting me in the morning. Totally on me, but also totally unfortunate that this is an experience that has clouded my feelings of this hotel. When I went to ask guest services if there was anyway of validating the parking or appealing the ticket, the clerk was very dismissive stating it’s a third party system and I could appeal it with them. There were zero attempts to even help me or listen to my concerns. Other than that, the beds are comfy, clean rooms, beautiful views, quality restaurant. A great place to stay for a couple nights."

"Good airport hotel on a budget. Airport shuttle was free and seamless, and the room and lobby had free coffee. Staff were professional, but some of them (especially the shuttle drivers) were super gruff and cold. Rooms definitely could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms. The tiles had dirty grout, there were hairs on the ceiling (like, how??), and it had a weird smell. The bed was clean and comfy though, and the room was spacious with a fantastic mountain view. I'd stay here again, but only if the price was right."

"Breakfast menu was ok, hot food was beef meatballs, eggs, and waffles. Pool was great to have but deep for young children so make sure to bring a floating device if your child can’t swim. Pool was ice cold as well. Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Overall great stay. "

"The checkin process was efficient. I appreciated having a fireplace and a heater in the room because beach front properties are susceptible to significant wind chill in White Rock. Unfortunately, the paint fumes from the renovations noxiously emanated into the hallway and my room. The shower pressure could also be improved. Overall, the venue was quiet and situated in an excellent location along East Beach."

"Very disappointing stay — not 5-star quality. The hotel looks nice and the bed is comfortable, but the 1-bedroom design is poorly thought out. There is no proper bathroom door, so odors easily spread into the room. The shower is dangerously slippery with no grab bars, which is a real safety concern for families and elderly guests. I asked for an anti-slip mat, and they didn’t have one. I do appreciate the staff member who tried to help by bringing kitchen mats, but this is not an acceptable solution for a hotel at this level. The heated flooring either was not working or had no clear instructions. The restaurant was closed, and the alternative was poorly handled — uncovered pastries with flies around them, and no lids for coffee to-go, which is very basic. Service was the most frustrating part. We booked 3 rooms with 2 complimentary valet spots and clearly informed staff at check-in, yet were still charged incorrectly at checkout. When we raised it, staff (Sahar) was dismissive, implied it was our fault, and did not apologize. Also, despite requesting and confirming a baby playpen, a dog bed was placed in our room instead. Overall, far below expectations. The 5-star reviews on Google seriously made me question their accuracy. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or elderly guests."
