We were pleased with our stay and everything went smoothly. Ours was a brief 2 night stopover en route to a wedding and then the airport. The location was very convenient and the house was quiet and restful!

Excellent room with a private bathroom in a shared house. Very clean, comfortable beds, modern bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. There is a full kitchen with pots/pans, oils, salt/pepper and a variety of other basic seasonings. It's somewhat cluttered and may not be the easiest to use though. Nice to have complimentary keurig coffee and creamer.

Our short lived stay was wonderful. Comfortable bed, a fridge for our leftovers, wireless chargers on the nightstands, and an immaculate shower and washroom. The shower itself was quite luxurious. Parking on the property was a bonus. I would absolutely book Amy's guesthouse again. Thank you so much!

The room was really nice, decor was new and it was super clean. The space was situated so that it was really quiet during the night time. No TV was inconvenient. I thought there was a shared space for TV. I did not see any staff. At around 11:30pm and 6:30am there were people in the kitchen talking loud and not being very considerate. The parking was awkward but that’s usual in Vancouver proper.

Amy's Coach House was beautiful, well maintained, clean and felt like home. Stanley and Amy were very pleasant and sweet. Our kids loved the stay and enjoyed the deck in the yard. Kitxhen has everything you need to cook. It is located in a beautiful area in Richmond, BC and has free parking. We recommend staying here and we will definitely be booking here again.

Beware of Amy Guest House. My experience was very disappointing due to poor communication and service. I booked and paid for a two-bedroom suite more than a month in advance, but when I arrived, only one bedroom was available. I was then asked to relocate to another property because the suite I had reserved was already occupied by other guests. The room I received was noisy, with significant sound and echo coming from the neighboring unit, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. I have also been trying to obtain a refund for the extra amount I paid for the two-bedroom suite, but so far I have not had any success. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and a reliable host who honors reservations as booked, I would recommend considering other accommodations.

We had to deduct two stars due to a last-minute location switch and communication issues. The host informed us just one day before arrival that the original property was undergoing renovations, offering an alternative location in South Vancouver instead. We had specifically paid a premium for a central Richmond location; however, with only 24 hours' notice, finding an alternative booking was impossible, so we had to accept it. When we requested a partial refund/discount due to the inconvenience, the host refused to budge. Additionally, there was a very loud ventilation fan that ran all night and disrupted our sleep. Since the host was never on-site after our first night, we couldn't get assistance on how to turn it off. On a positive note, the room itself was clean, well-built, and accurately described, featuring a nice (though small) dedicated bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen, so cannot comment on it.

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely shower, has a mini fridge and freezer, microwave in room. Sunny and well lit. Only a few minutes from Richmond Brighouse skytrain station. Staff is very nice and available if you need anything like more towels, etc. removed garbage for us. We extended our stay for 2 more nights. Highly recommend. Very quiet as well.

The room overall was clean, as were the hallways. The linen in the room did not smell clean, and had a musty odour. The stay was quiet, comfortable, and the staff was reachable, although no one appeared to be on site most of the time. Good stay on a budget.
