"The property is conveniently located between Thun and Spiez, with easy bus access to both towns. The bus stop is literally right downstairs, making it very easy to get around. The view of the lake is absolutely fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped, although we mostly enjoyed eating local cheese and cured meats instead of cooking! Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay for a family of four, and we would definitely come back."

"This place is adequate, but very basic. If you are there just to hike and then come back and sleep, it is ok. It was reasonably close to the train station, but there is a section you have to walk along a busy road. It would be better if you are traveling by car. Drains in the sink and shower are slow. It was very hot when we were there and it was difficult to leave windows open for fresh air because of the flies. May not be an issue if you come in cooler weather."

"My brother and I had such a wonderful stay at HeyHotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect—just a short walking distance from the train station, which made getting around so convenient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything felt well-maintained, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel at home. The food was absolutely excellent, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great selection, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast to start the day. What really made our experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, our stay at HeyHotel was a fantastic experience, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so pleasant and enjoyable. "This is a beautiful old hotel located a short distance from the Interlaken Ost station. It suffers from its age, however, Small elevators. No apparent air conditioning and spotty wifi in the rooms.
