Great staff very helpful. They upgraded our room upon arrival which I don’t believe ever requesting. There were nice perks included like tooth brush toothpaste, and several other bathroom supplies. Several drinks were included, and chocolate was included. Beds were clean and comfy, room was clean. Staff was great in helping make accommodations for taxi ride to the train station. Breakfast was mediocre, but there are great restaurants just a short walk away.

Great location, close enough to walk everywhere (flat). Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was one of the best we had across Europe.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Convenient for walking and public transport as well as your own car. the breakfast was amazing
