We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. With no-one around, we used the code they sent to get into the reception. We were not able to get into the room, even though it was available. At 3 pm the receptionist arrived. Even though no-one else was around and we were obviously waiting, she did not offer to check us in until we asked if we can check in “early”, apparently as a favour. The rather late...

"Moderne Zimmereinrichtung (die letzte Renovierung liegt wohl nicht lange zurück), allerdings ist im Zimmer 207 die WC-Nische zwischen Waschbecken und Wand sehr eng - ungünstig für etwas beleibtere Gäste. Sehr schöner Service: Getränkekühlschrank zur Selbstbedienung auf dem Gang. Zum Frühstücken gibt es alles was man braucht, Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. In ca. 100 m Entfernung ist eine Bushaltestelle, von dort aus fährt der Linienbus ohne Umstieg bis zum Bahnhof auf die Lindauer Insel....
