Very accommodating stay. Staff were very informative of the property. Clean and peaceful. We enjoyed the balcony with amazing views, as well as the spa areas for downtime.

Stayed there over new Years and we had an amzing time. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are great and extremly spacious. The location is great for all kinds of aktivities (especially to go skiing in Flims and Laax) and also to go shopping and dinning in Chur. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very good property. Very clean and quiet and the staff was wonderful! Would be happy to return and recommend.

The staff was very friendly and the property was well kept.

We enjoyed the stay and all the services, strongly recommended

Nice location

Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!

The hotel is brand new and conveniently located close to the highway. We had a high room away from the elevator as requested, with modern design and a nice view with huge windows. There is a shopping mall in the building complex. Breakfast was good but somewhat limited in choice. If you plan to drive there, call in advance and clarify the situation for parking. There are only 10-15 spots which seem quite less than the amount of rooms available in the hotel. The staff is friendly, speak...

It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!

This place was much more than we needed as we were there only one night. If you are staying for more time, it's perfect. And very reasonable!

Great price-value ratio

The staff was really nice and the room was clean. We would be happy to stay there again!:)

Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains (see attached pictures), and the breakfast, with a selection of local cheeses, jams and...

Great place

Professional at check-in. Prompt and courteous staff. Had breakfast prepared in time for taking Bernina express. Very good breakfast spread for the size of the hotel.

Booked last minute for a 1-day ski trip, we loved this place. Great amenities, wonderful super friendly staff, continental breakfast was awesome (especially if you’re used to US continental bfast…). Incredible Gym area downstairs and lockers to store your ski gear (even after you checkout!). Only thing missing was a spa/hottub!!

Arrived after dark after a flight from the U.S. and train to Chur. Stayed one night as we took the Bernina Express the next morning. Hotel is modern and spacious enough and convenient to the train station (8-10 minute walk). Breakfast was very good and early enough to catch the BE which departs at 8:30 AM. There is a good Italian restaurant across a side street from the hotel. Wish we had planned to be in Chur longer as it looked to be an interesting place to explore.
