"This inn is an old historic building. So with that in mind, it was cozy, had charm, terrific friendly innkeepers, the best gourmet fresh breakfasts- but its old. Small claw foot tub shower, older furniture but comfortable mattress. Very convenient to Santa Rosa Main Street. Charming grounds and vineyard. We spent a couple of nights and were very happy we chose this inn over a modern genetic hotel."

"I stayed here with my best friend when I came to visit my hometown. Yes, I gave it five stars because the hotel and staff were amazing. My only complaint is that the drink coupons you receive have to be used by a certain hour or you cannot use them. I feel that it would have been helpful if that was highlighted during check-in. Other than that I would definitely stay here again."

"We rented Michael's home for a multi-generational family vacation and had a wonderful time. Michael notified us ahead of time about the stairs and didn't confirm our reservation until we confirmed they wouldn't be an issue. The steps were very much worth the ocean views and no one in our party (age 5 to 75) had problems. We loved being able to see out to the ocean and enjoy sunsets from the living room. The house was clean, comfortable, and had good space for our group of 10. Though note from downstairs you can hear footsteps and movement above, especially if you have kids running around and playing but also if you're a light sleeper and someone upstairs is getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Michael was extremely responsive to any questions and offered recommendations for places to eat and things to try. Our family had a great time and it was the perfect house for an ocean view beach getaway!"

"Perfect house to enjoy Dillon Beach! The views are incredible, and the house is spacious, clean, updated, and incredibly well equipped. We cooked all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen and spent hours playing games around the huge dining table surrounded by windows overlooking the ocean.The house is just minutes from the beach, but it’s all the little details that really make it stand out. Plenty of extra towels, great water pressure, a large laundry room with multiple washers and dryers, a fun game room, and Smart TVs throughout the house. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for our group.We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this is definitely one of our favorites. We’ll continue coming back every year!"

"This property is our go to place to go when we are at Dillon Beach. It is clean and feels so fresh and welcoming when arrive. It feels like home, we have been there many times, and are comfortable there. It is easy check in, dog friendly and a comfortable and safe place to stay. They have made some updates to the property making it look even better than before. I like when the owners make positive changes and listen to their reviews I hope to be back sooner than later.
